Winning cocktail: Stack of Fortune
45ml Beefeater 24
15ml Fresh lime
15ml White crème de cacao
15ml Homemade bitter orange blossom sherbet
2 dash Orange bitters
1 handful Fresh Mint
Top with Blue butterfly pea soda
Garnish with bamboo stirring spoon, fresh mint, orange twist. On the side you have your real stack of fortune (custom casino chips).
Put all ingredients (not soda) in a highball glass and fill half with crushed ice. Swizzle until the glass gets frosted outside. Top with crushed ice, garnish and float the blue butterfly pea soda on top. Serve in a highball glass.
