Excellent, and forgiving with some experimentation here: crushed lime ice cubes, Jack Daniel's apple whiskey, with St Germain, and Soda. Delicious.

An absolutely clean, refreshing cocktail. Would not change anything about it. Citrus overtones with a nice mix of gin and St Germain at the finish. Fantastic job Simon.

This is outstanding. Was a bit concerned it might be too sweet, but followed Simon's direction. What a pleasant cocktail for the afternoon. Like a Tom Collins, but with a lot more flavours. Will make this for my sister.
