I want to make a cocktail to celebrate the birthday of Whitney Houston - so I want it to be amped up to create a 'superstar' cocktail - any suggestions for what would work? (As a default I resort to Champagne....)

Hi Lea, perhaps a cocktail from the '80s when Whitney was at her most fabulous AND champagne? A champagne pina colada!

If in doubt go classic - a Champagne Cocktail perhaps.

I really like this. Perfect as an aperitif. Followed the instructions to stir until bored and thirsty. It really is critical to the balance.
