Love this! of course, had to sub things- Distillerie Salamandre Crème de violette; homemade crème de cacao; Dolin sweet vermouth; Noilly Prat dry vermouth. It's always surprising what chocolate can really pair well with. In this case violette (check Rose By Any Other Name, too!) and also Chartreuse Vert. Lovely and low ABV!

I used a general Violet liquer, moved to a green shade and was amazing - plan to use it with a chocolate dessert
