Honeysuckle Daiquiri
A Daiquiri made with flavoursome honey in place of sugar, or a Bee's Knees with rum in place of gin. However you view this, it's damn tasty

I think I made a Honeysucklebee. Started with Stade's Bond N°8 Barbados rum and reduced the honey syrup 17%. Still seemed more juicy fruity than rummy daiquiri. A third of a spoon of Hampden Estate Rum Fire introduced a more balancing rum note.
