A technical question. I poured them in the prescribed order, and even had your preferred ingrediencies at home;
1. Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
2. De Kuyper White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
3. Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
But the layering is not as yours! (from the bottom)
Tia Maria
Crème de Cacao
Baileys
The ingrediencies had been in the freezer for about 1 hour an in the fridge for about 40 minutes when I poured the shot.
Hi Hans. I believe you are seeing those brands as you have selected them in "Your ingredients"? The specific gravity varies slightly between brands and even changes within a brand. i.e. I believe Baileys has reduced its sugar and so also its specific gravity. The trick is to chill/freeze the liqueurs you want to sink as they are denser when colder. And to use the liqueurs you want to float warmer. Shaking the bottle to aerate can also help liqueurs float.
