I just used a Blended Scotch (Chivas 12) and it worked quite well. A little malty, a little rich and very well balanced.

Going to try this for sure. Sounds quite similar in a way to my Poinciana, also on Difford's. Good work 👍🏻

Any recommendations for choice of scotch with this one?
