Spirit-forward. Perhaps stir with ice and strain into ice-filled glass to introduce a touch more dilution. Go easy on orange bitters - John says "drops" rather than dashes. I love the idea of colours of ingredients behind this cocktail.

Excellent after dinner drink. Just the right combination of rum and sweetness. Great to drink while waiting for Trick-or-treaters.
