A strong drink with a lot of spice. Holds its own again strong-flavored and spicy foods, especially Caribbean, Mexican and BBQ.
Wonderful balance. Not too sweet and not to tart and you can't complain about the color. Very festive.
Wonderful for after dinner. A hint of chocolate coming from the pecan liqueur gives it a great mouth feel.
Wonderful after dinner drink. Absinthe forward with a nice burn at the end. Great for sipping.
