| 45 ml | Dark/black/blackstrap rum |
| 0.2 ml | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
| 15 ml | Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Overproof aged light-bodied rum (low-ester, 2-5 years old) |
| 22.5 ml | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
