Didn't know what to expect going in given the unorthodox list of ingredients, but the earthiness and light smoke of the scotch and the Drambuie harmonize perfectly with the fruitiness the passionfruit and calvados bring. "Rusty Nail meets Pornstar Martini" isn't a line that would've sold me on this, but it is an accurate description and it nevertheless works incredibly well.

The unusual template and flavour pairing here caught my eye, and wouldn't you know it, this cocktail is exceptional. Who knew Scotch and passionfruit pair so well?

Deliciously balanced and surprisingly light on its feet, this is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

This is fabulous. Much lighter than you’d expect from the quantities of scotch and Drambuie. Balanced, fruity, tart, sweet. Love it.
