Love a Last Word. This is a good substitute should I ever be out of Maraschino. (Although I struggle to get a good foam with Fee Brothers)

I found that going a little heavy on the dashes (5-6 or so) usually works for me, along with a decently vigorous shake. Everyone's mileage varies, of course, and Fee's doesn't bring the mouthfeel (but I'm not a fan of a true egg white mouthfeel, so it works for me). Cheers, either way!

Maybe a bit heavy on the Green Chartreuse for me? Fine if you like that, or a Last Word. The alternative is just to have a Last Word on the rocks.

I love a Last Word and love a sour. This doesn’t disappoint. Tastes like a Granny Smith apple.

Simon, this is too delicious! I might like it even more than the Last Word. I will have to try to do something similar with the riff on the last word that has mezcal in it.
