This is an outstanding cocktail, filled with layers of flavor. I finally got a bottle Green Charteuse recently and it adds an important element to this drink. Just a lovely celebration of celery, sweet, sour and vegetal. Many thanks for this one - new favorite.

Pretty good, but I'd dial down on the sugar syrup, bit too sweet

I ended up completely omitting the sugar syrup & liked the drink much better
