Re: the name, I suspect this is in reference to O'Hara's poem "The Day Lady Died" (about the death of Billie Holiday) which includes the line "and for Mike I just stroll into the PARK LANE / Liquor Store and ask for a bottle of Strega" -- that plus O'Hara's noted martini consumption (well, really, the man drank everything, but this is the '60s New York avant-garde art scene we're talking about here) seems likely to be the source of this (excellent!) combination.

Alguém sabe me dizer em qual livro encontro essa receita? Eu já procurei em alguns que tenho não acho nada. Não acho nenhuma pista na internet sobre onde ele teria sido publicado e nem mesmo aqui tem algo sobre .

Sadly I have notes or further information on this cocktails origin. I guess it was made by or for Frank O'Hara, the New York poet.

For a two ingredient cocktail, it's surprisingly delicious. Added to my favourites.
