For a slightly spicier variation, Fentimans Ginger Beer adds an extra bite & I used Monin Line Rantcho in place of Fresh Lime as it was on hand.. All in all a solid upgrade

Whiskey was a little lost for me. Might be the blend I used? Will have to play around with this one.

i don't disagree with big pete mac. you couldn't go wrong with this refreshing drink, but for me, soda is preferable to ginger ale. it lets the whisky do the talking and it's irish so it can talk a LOT.

it does what it says on the tin - it's irish whisky, some ginger, and a little acidity. refreshing and delicious.

Like Mamie Taylor but with Irish whisky, I liked it.
