Having only very recently discovered how much I enjoy a Bamboo this was a very well timed introduction to a fantastic variation. Thoroughly tasty.

Maybe the dyslexic in you lead to a confusion between Orchid and Orchard, but the dipsomaniac in me wasn't too concerned. What a lovely drink! The other half is not usually that keen on sherry-based cocktails, but he absolutely adored this one – giving it a 5 out of 5, which is probably a first for him. So, here's to serendipity and the joys of creating a drink because of a mix-up of two similar words!
