Not keeping any vodka on my bar I used Havana Club 3 in its place but still thoroughly enjoyed this. The white cacao came through as the dominant flavour so next time I might try a little less and a little more matcha.

Whilst I may not describe this as the “best” cocktail it is definitely the one I make and drink the most often. Sublime.

Not a top tier drink for me but definitely a suitable way to use the bottle of single malt that you got given for Christmas that isn’t quite nice enough to enjoy on its own.

Having only very recently discovered how much I enjoy a Bamboo this was a very well timed introduction to a fantastic variation. Thoroughly tasty.

Lacking Amontillado I used Fino and still ended up with a lovely, complex and balanced drink. Will definitely be making again.

Certainly not unpleasant but unfortunately the total seems less than the sum of its parts.

Really pleased to see this included here - a fantastic drink. I can’t say I’m the biggest fan of Fernet Branca but this combination is the best kind of alchemy. Personally I’d put a little less sugar but that’s just my palate.

Surprised how much flavour just 15ml of agricole brought. Tastes a little bit different - in a good way.

Love this. Fino goes with the tiki flavours really well.
