How to make:
MUDDLE ginger and mint in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
|2 slice||Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice)|

|1 1/2 fl oz||Bourbon whiskey|
|1 fl oz||Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur|
|2 fl oz||Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened)|
