How to make:

MUDDLE ginger and mint in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

2 slice Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice)
2 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
1 fl oz King's Ginger Liqueur
2 fl oz Apple juice (cloudy pressed)
