Ingredients:
1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 oz	White crème de cacao liqueur
¹⁄₆ oz	Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
¹⁄₆ oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth chilled
¹⁄₆ oz	Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled
¹⁄₁₂ oz	Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.)
¹⁄₆ oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
¹⁄₄ barspoon	Matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade)

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
RIM glass with 3 parts Matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade) to 1 part powdered sugar. (Dip chilled/frozen glass into a plate covered with a thin layer of matcha and sugar mix.)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice. (No need to dry shake.)
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass with pre-prepared rim.

Garnish:

No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.)

Review:

Vodka-laced matcha and white chocolate with hints of vanilla and coconut, balanced and aromatised with vermouth. This recipe may look sweet, but with the right amount of matcha powder, it's balanced. (Use a chef's ¼ teaspoon/1.25ml measure to ensure the correct dose of matcha powder.)

Eight ingredients are perhaps a bit much! If you are after something simpler, my Matchatini is similar and has just five ingredients.

Not keeping any vodka on my bar I used Havana Club 3 in its place but still thoroughly enjoyed this. The white cacao came through as the dominant flavour so next time I might try a little less and a little more matcha.
