Just our two cents worth but we insist on using Chinola (we have tried Passoa...once). Reading the fine print on labels and doing a bit of online research (for example about real fruit content) usually makes the choice clear. Cheers.

Totally agree with you there. I have both in my cabinet, chinola you can't beat but there has been the odd cocktail that really suited passoa. Have had a lot of fun making the same ones side by side :)

This was really good without the lemonade funnily enough.

Surprised no one has rated this. Great cocktail but something felt off to me, maybe a touch sweet and intense. I added a touch of milk and it was surprisingly good

Ingredient says grapefruit juice but instructions says soda and you can see the bubbles in the pic. Might need an update Simon 😉. Made it both ways and great drink either way!

The sorrel adds a really nice herbaceous touch but I think the honey ruins it. I would have preferred just sugar syrup, otherwise interesting cocktail.

What passionfruit liqueur did you use? Passoa or a proper one like Chinola?
