Surprised no one has rated this. Great cocktail but something felt off to me, maybe a touch sweet and intense. I added a touch of milk and it was surprisingly good
Ingredient says grapefruit juice but instructions says soda and you can see the bubbles in the pic. Might need an update Simon 😉. Made it both ways and great drink either way!
The sorrel adds a really nice herbaceous touch but I think the honey ruins it. I would have preferred just sugar syrup, otherwise interesting cocktail.
