Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
23 oz Pineapple juice
23 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
12 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. *Special ingredient #1: Sorrel water made by blending 100g sorrel with 70ml water, fine strain.
