Surprise - this one’s outstanding. I used Sho Chiku Bai Nigori sake since it’s easy to find here in California, and dry curaçao. Thank you for this unlikely combination, and it’s going into my rotation.

This is a first class drink and a favourite. We use premium sake and dark rum with Cointreau. Italicus (for its alcohol content) is way over-priced in Australia but a delicious addition. We leave the apple slice out as it’s a aesthetic hassle.

Italicus Liqueur is uncommon for our area. Tried a few other liqueurs such as Peachtree Schnapps, Creme de Violette, and Saint Germain. Peachtree was the clear favorite followed by Violette.
