One of our favourite Margaritas (admittedly there are quite a few of those). We always add at least four drops of Bob's Margarita Bitters to complement the Cinnamon Syrup's lovely but gentle sharp edge.

I don't know if it's because I made my own cinnamon sugar syrup, but all I could really taste was the lemon.

Can be a little sweet, but really nice and festive. I agree with the 'cinnamon-apple' aftertaste comment from GM Genovese.

Good cocktail for a festive start. I reduced the lemon juice to ¾ oz and used unsweetened pomegranate juice.

Loved this cocktail. In San Diego, CA, USA we do have a lot of tequila cocktails. This was outstanding with a spicy Mexican dinner. Did add a float of Anejo tequila for a little extra punch. Definitely going on my favourites list.

Delicious ! Made this for friends recently and there was plenty of nodding. Can get sweet quickly so watch out for that - a high proof tequila works well here. If you don't want to miss out on your Margaritas over Christmas then try this one.

Astounded how there's very little to tweak here. Could be a template for testing different brands and ages of tequila... It's somehow sort of dry?!? Bit of a cinnamon apple aftertaste.

Switched the cinnamon syrup with Goldschlagger and the pomegranate juice with Pama liquor. Same quantities. Quite refreshing. Color is a lovely pink blush.
