Following Simon's advice, we were decadent and had this with bacon waffles for our 26th anniversary brunch.
What a wonderful bunch cocktail. Stong on the grapefruit flavour, but with the hints of the whisky and spices. Cooling and relaxing on a warm August morning.

Simon, I think your specs have a typo: the second grapefruit juice should be grapefruit soda, correct?

Thanks for letting me know. The last ingredient should be Pink Grapefruit Soda. (Now fixed above.) The original recipe calls for unflavored club soda but I like the extra flavour pink grapefruit soda contributes.
