I do. 75ml of the hard stuff and around 10ml of the adulterant, whatever it may be. For a lemony variant, I use Nardini Acqua Di Cedro. Predictably!

That’s all very well. Whilst it may not deliver Giuseppe volume, the very best use of Italicus is as a dry vermouth replacement in a martini. So, only a few ml, at most! Vodka or Gin. My personal preference being Sputnik or Ki-No-Bi-Sei.

Great call. I've added what i've called "Bergamot Martini" with 50ml vodka, 25ml gin, and 15ml Italicus.
