The Sawyer is probably my favorite cocktail featuring Angostura bitters, but it also has some healthy dashes of both Peychaud's and orange bitters, as well.

The Sawyer is a great call, so I've slipped in above.

Many thanks, Asher. That was a brilliant piece of detective work by you. Links and cocktail name now fixed.

To be honest, Juschu is a cocktail I'd not come across before but I've dusted off my edition of The How & When and I'll be sure to add it to Difford's Guide in the coming days. Many thanks for bringing to my attention.

Two drinks to rule them all; Trinidadi Issues and the Ango Colada.

You raise to glaring omissions - I'll add Trinidadi Issues and the Ango Colada, which both use a whopping 15ml bitters ASAP.

I like this Angostura forward cocktail that I found on Kindred Cocktails.
A Moment of Silence
1 1/2 oz Rye, Rittenhouse 100 Proof
1 oz Apricot liqueur, Marie Brizard
1/2 oz Averna
1/2 oz Bitters, Angostura
1/4 oz Apple brandy, Lairds
1 rinse Campari
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)

Rinse a rocks glass with Campari. Stir and strain over fresh ice into rinsed glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Please also see Port of Spain on this site. I'll update this page with more 15ml plus Angostura cocktails, including the A Moment of Silence ASAP.
