This is absolutely delicious! My second mezcal cocktail and I’ve rated both 5+ so I guess I really like mezcal! It started sweet and then the mezcal smokiness came through perfectly. My mom was over when I made it and she loved it as well!

I made a variation and it was good
1 oz mezcal
1/2 oz cherry heering
3/4 oz vermouth
1 squeezed clementine
1/2 oz or so lemon juice
1 oz mezcal
1/2 oz cherry heering
3/4 oz vermouth
