Was looking for something that could be adapted for National Laverbread day (look it up, it’s a thing) so showcasing the delicious Barti Spiced rum. This did not disappoint usuing the Barti in place of spiced rum, although I prefer a less sweet cocktail, so reduced pinapple to 45ml and valilla syrup to 10ml. Perfect seaweed fix.
