Can I use Monin Passion Fruit Puree instead of fresh passion fruit? If yes, in what proportion?

Hi Vlad, try 15ml of Le Fruit de Monin and perhaps cut the vanilla syrup back to 10ml. We haven’t tried this, but hope it works for you 🤞
