A great, refreshing spritz. I use Campari and it clearly dominates, but the pinot grigio is critical in amplifying the fruitiness of the Campari while allowing the bitterness to flourish as well. Excellent!

Lacking a little flavour but surprisingly easy to drink, it's very fresh and would be great on a hot day when you want something light. I prefer it with a little less Campari, despite it being one of my favourite liqueurs, making it 4:4:3.
