I muddled 8 leaves of spearmint with English cucumber in 15 ml of 2:1 cane syrup. Organic tomato juice. Every other detail to spec. Interesting, rather tasty drink... The tomato and sugar add more to the texture of the drink rather than the taste. Much mint and cucumber, with a touch of the rum and a mildly earthy-fruity background. Not too reminiscent of a Bloody Mary... Definitely making this again. Maybe add a touch of hot sauce next time? (22 Jul 2023, 9:08a)
