Loved this, surprised that there aren't more positive comments. Difford's review sums it up excellently. The smoke of the mezcal comes through subtly late, whilst the Aperol/cranberry combo softens the approach.

Ì tried this with package pomegranate juice. Too sour for me. I’ll add agave syrup
