Fantastic even without the egg white. I used Carta Blanca 80° and subbed Smith & Cross navy strength for the gold rum and definitely the Diffords Daiquiri Bitters, thank you Bob and Simon! Can't wait to try this again with the missing ingredient.

Saw those on your new introductions page, most interested in trying them. So far neither Apriori, Cocktailier nor Milepost carries them in the states. Didn't see them on Amazon either. Will check periodically. Meanwhile your Margarita and Daiquiri bitters are readily available here. Nice to see. Wondering if the Tonka Bitters have coumarin of sufficient quantity to prohibit them from the U.S. market.
