Made to recipe but with 15ml aquafaba - exceptional mouthfeel and flavour- the daiquiri bitters are a winner. . Will add 3 drops of saline solution next time. 5 stars.

Fantastic even without the egg white. I used Carta Blanca 80° and subbed Smith & Cross navy strength for the gold rum and definitely the Diffords Daiquiri Bitters, thank you Bob and Simon! Can't wait to try this again with the missing ingredient.

Wonderful. I didn’t have the Daiquiri bitters but added 4 drops each of Abbotts and Lavender and still does the trick for me…

This is exceptional. Citrus forward but with a definite taste of the rums. Great mouth feel and creaminess. A perfectly blending of two of our favourite cocktails. Thanks Simon, another hit.
