Had to add a hefty barspoon of Agave syrup. But, really refreshing summer cocktail, imo.

Initially a most unusual and fascinating combination of flavors. Several sips later it was a bit too tart. After reading the comments, added half a spoon each Cointreau and agave syrup. Fixed the tartness but lost the agricole. Maybe reduce the lime? Must try Diffords version.

Made as written and it was not too tart but just not sweet enough. Went a second round, adding 7.5 ml split syrup of agave and cane and that might have been what it needed. Wouldn't go much sweeter than that. Still think it doesn't quite showcase each ingredient well enough, but it seems like it would go great with Latin or Caribbean food.

I found this overly floral and sweet but my partner found it more balanced and, if anything, on the sour side. No doubt needs adjusting to taste! We thought that grapefruit juice might be an interesting extension.

Is it a Margarita or a Daiquiri? We weren't sure. But it was certainly too tart for our taste. So we added 5ml triple sec. Which maybe makes it more of a Margarita for us.
