| 3⁄4 fl oz | Agricole blanc/cane juice rhum (unaged) |
| 3⁄4 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
| 3⁄4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
Grassy freshness from the rhum agricole dominates this floral Margarita-style cocktail.
With the rhum agricole dialled back (recipe (by yours truly):
- 20ml (⅔oz) Reposado tequila
- 15ml (½oz) Charcoal filtered 2-3 year old (is used El - Dorado 3)
- 10ml (⅓oz) Rhum agricole blanc
- 22.5ml (¾oz) Elderflower liqueur
- 22.5ml (¾oz) Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
