34 fl oz Patrón Reposado tequila
34 fl oz Agricole blanc/cane juice rhum (unaged)
34 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
34 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. No garnish to prepare.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Serve naked, without garnish.

- 20ml (⅔oz) Reposado tequila
- 15ml (½oz) Charcoal filtered 2-3 year old (is used El - Dorado 3)
- 10ml (⅓oz) Rhum agricole blanc
- 22.5ml (¾oz) Elderflower liqueur
- 22.5ml (¾oz) Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 dash Peychaud's bitters

Adapted from a recipe created in 2008 by David Wondrich as the signature cocktail for the Jake Walk restaurant in Brooklyn, New York City.
