Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 13 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
56 oz Tuaca liqueur
56 oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail, then use as garnish.

Dessert - chocolate, rum and vanilla. I thought it was ok - pretty heavy handed. I used Tuaca - Liquor 43 may be better.

I didn’t have Tuaca but used Liqor 43. Very good. Orange peel is essential though- don’t leave it out.
