²⁄₃ fl oz	Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water

How to make

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
