I liked Andre’s suggestion of Bowmore 12, only had 10mL left in the bottle so topped up with a full 30ml Dufftown Singleton, 30 Cardamaro and Cocchi vermouth Di Torino. Went with the usual Orange wheel garnish, but a sprig of lavender would have been nice too.
