For my taste this comes in spice on spice on spice, as in peppery spice of juniper from the gin, herabal/anise spice from the Jaegermeister and cinammon/clove notes of the vermut, and needs just a bit more to counter all of that. I think I prefer this with a twist of orange (expressed) and 2 dashes of orange bitters. It's still a pretty nice drink, though.
