Also named St-Germain Spritz.
From Stgermain.fr website the ratio is :
40 ml St-Germain
60 ml Prosecco or Champagne
60 ml soda water

Not quite
The signature Spritz uses more elderflower liquor and lemon peel instead of mint. Result is actually different.
