That is a nice, bold, flavourful cocktail. I hadn't tried Averna until today and I'm an instant fan. The herbal-bitter lingers on the tongue nicely. I like this one!

New favourite. Slightly chocolatey, sweet but not too sweet. Quite lovely twist on a classic.

Loved this one. Dropped the cherry in, and had a delicious soaked cherry as a snack when i finished the drink. A new favourite for sure.

I like to flame and orange peel into it and twist it as a garnish.

This drink is definitely a mood. I’m just learning to drink rye, and think the Averna and cherry garnish are quite nifty with it.
