Excellent cocktail with nice bitter herbal notes. For those not so keen on amaro, try this one with a drop or two of 20% saline which will definitely suppress this cocktail's bitterness.

I've had this at least 3 times now. I do prefer Punt e Mes as my rosso with many drinks, but I've been back and forth with it in this... Just now tried it twice, first with PeM then Cocchi di Torino (each time using a VSOP Cognac) and I prefer the latter. I'm just trying to build a list of uses for CdT and it was superb here.
