Since coumarin is banned in the US, should I not waste my time with any recipes that call for a "bison grass vodka"?

The flavor of coumarin in sweet woodruff flavored German may wine is incredible. Can only imagine the Polish vodka is as well! The U.S. product tastes of vanilla, maybe lavender and perhaps 6-methyl coumarin, a synthetic flavor also used in germany. Not bad in it's own right. Some of my favorites (I've gone through several bottles); Zuzu's Petals, Frisky Bison, Purple Pear Martini. I've only tried Żubrówka.

And to be sure, it does have a chemical aftertaste, not as bad as Rose's Lime.
