Good Evening Mr. Difford (more properly, good night). I am writing in this page mainly because I do not know where else (and suggestions would be very much welcomed). My question is: can anybody suggest which is the least-sweet (would not say the bitterest) elderflower liqueur around?
Thank you and sorry for posting it randomly in a page of a specific elderflower liqueur.
I've not had the opportunity to directly compare many and sadly brand owners don't reveal how many grams per litre of sugar their liqueurs contain. This would be a little complicated by citric acid content. I suspect they are all very similar at circa 220 grams per litre. I've opted for Fiorente as very good quality and family-owned and made.
