Mulled Wine
Warming, soothing and potent. Better if several servings are made at the same time and the ingredients mixed together and warmed in a saucepan

I expected this to be a far cry from the "Gløgg" us Scandinavians grow up with, but it's actually very similar, albeit a lot less sweet. Pro Scandinavian tip: Add about 5cl of a mixture of raisins and coarsely chopped hazelnuts and walnuts.

Well, this is very interesting recipe, but it is definitely not the "mulled wine" as it is prepared in Europe.
