In the 70's and 80's Spain there was a popular drink named "Vaca Verde" or "Green Cow" consisting in Peppermint and milk 30/70 ratio. Still a popular drink in Victoria festivals (Basque Country).

Try this with St. George's Aqua Perfecta (a basil brandy) instead of creme de menthe. Absolutely divine.

Not as good for the Gustings Grasshopper. Too much of the toothpaste menthol coming through, with the Cacao being far too subtle.
