I agree with the people below. Next time, I’ll add more crème de cassis and remove the sugar syrup. 🫐

I tried it with Fernet Branca Menta, and it was quite enjoyable. 👍

It’s good, but next time, I might try using 12.5 ml of lemon juice to enhance the elderflower flavor. Currently, the lemon flavor is overpowering everything else. 🍋
