A great classic, depends on quality of ginger beer ale/beer 🫚
If i was not too lazy il'l done it with some ginger shrub

Tried it with a Galliano Vanilla, it was really great. 🍹

I was using blanco and kind of sweet juice, but i liked it. On half of glass when ice melts its more interesting, maybe campari instead of aperol will be good for you if you have a sweet juice like me.
