I’m not a fan of this type of drink, but I can understand how someone who enjoys suzerac-like cocktails might appreciate it 🙂

The dry-sweet balance in this one is crucial. I believe it really depends on the type of apricot liqueur you use 🍑

I use Singleton 12, but it was too sweet for my taste. I add a splash of water to balance it out. 💧

It’s pretty good. To be honest, I was using Blanco tequila. Initially, the tequila dominates the flavor, but towards the middle, the elderflower taste becomes more prominent.🌼
It was truly great! I’m not a fan of tequila, but this one was surprisingly good 🌵👍

There’s something wrong with the cocktail. It really depends on your calvados. Mine is like white wine, and maybe it ruined this cocktail. 🙁
