An Aviation with egg white and a dash of cassis in the bottom but is actually better and more balanced when the cassis is shaken with the other ingredients

Perhaps then a grounded Aviator. Better with egg, or at least aquafaba.

I added all the ingredients together as suggested in the review. Excellent results.

I’m not sure what I did wrong with this one, but it turned out incredibly chalky.

Same! I think the lemon juice and the egg white reacted together before I got the chance to shake it.
