An Aviation with egg white and a splash of cassis in the bottom, but is perhaps better and more balanced when the cassis is shaken with the other ingredients

To avoid the egg white problem I shaked it separately. Still not great, I could do better, but anyway it looks fantastic with three layers white, pale yellow and red.
A lot of flavours to. Not easy to get it right, but a nice cocktail.

Perhaps then a grounded Aviator. Better with egg, or at least aquafaba.

I added all the ingredients together as suggested in the review. Excellent results.

Same! I think the lemon juice and the egg white reacted together before I got the chance to shake it.
