I just noticed the method and quantities are a bit different to the recipe on the honey info page - 350ml versus one cup each for the honey and water parts. My interweb suggests one cup is slightly under 250ml. And I agree with the honey page that one should ideally avoid boiling honey. Maybe the honey page should be the master version and provide link?
